This study consists of all the simplified versions of the bulletins called Freedom Observer prepared within the scope of the “Monitoring the Rule of Law and Democracy in Turkey Project” carried out in cooperation with Freedom House between October 2020 and January 2022. Freedom Observer bulletins which tackles the most significant developments in the rule of law, democracy, and civil and economic freedoms in Turkey in the years 2020-2021, are written by Prof. Mustafa Erdoğan, Assoc. Prof. Ali Rıza Çoban, Ömer Faruk Şen, Enes Özkan and İsrafil Özkan. We would like to thank both the experts involved in the project and our project team. We hope that this study will be a quick and reliable source of information and analysis for the readers in this age when the time is the most valuable asset.
